Material, Form & Detail
The original layout was flat and uniform—functional but uninspired. The design team responded by injecting movement, elevation, and flow into the space. A central staircase now acts as a sculptural connector, visually dividing zones while enhancing physical accessibility between floors. Team clusters were restructured around natural circulation paths, while shared areas such as lounges, bar seating, and open meeting pods were strategically layered between zones to promote spontaneous interaction.
By carefully considering volume and proximity, the space now flows like a landscape—rising, opening, and softening depending on the need. From vibrant color-coded team zones to tucked-in alcoves for quiet conversation, the office offers a constantly shifting spatial rhythm that keeps energy levels high and engagement natural.
